Diaphragm Valves

Ideal for throttling and flow control requirements - even pressure relief.

Resistoflex Diaphragm Valves combine acturate throttling of flow with positive shut-off. The streamlined flow passage creates minimum pressure drop, and the compressor is carefully matched to wier contour to exert uniform pressure on the diaphragm, increasing diaphragm life. Also, these self draining valves have no crevices where particles can collect. That means cleaner operation.

All of the valve’s operating parts are completely isolated from the process stream. Five different diaphragm materials, including a two-piece PTFE diaphragm, are available to match virtually any application.

A clean, inert liner that won’t contaminate high-purity fluids

When extreme fluid purity handling is required, Resistoflex Diaphragm Valves have become the accepted solution in industries including power generation, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemcial production, and food processing. The reason is simple. Resistoflex Diaphragm Valves have the mechanical strength of a ductile iron or steel shell and the clean fluid handling properties of an inert plastic liner.

A valve for handling corrosive or hazardous fluids

Resistoflex Diaphragm Valves were specifically designed to keep hazardous or corrosive fluids contained. The fluid being handled is comletely sealed off from the outside environment by a thick, inert plastic liner and the diaphragm. Since there is no stem in the fluid stream, stem leakage problems are eliminated.
