Rotatable Flange Assembly

This flange option is used only for Swaged pipe and flanged MULTI-AXIS® spools. It consists of two parts:

A carbon steel (ASTM A105) threaded stub end with the same chamfer design as our standard fixed threaded flange used on Swaged pipe. This allows for proper flaring of molded PP and the use of the appropriate collars for PVDF and PTFE. The thread dimensions are held to a tighter tolerance than specified by ANSI to ensure perpendicularity of the stub face to the pipe centerline. A standard lap joint flange conforming to ANSI B16.5 which is bored out to fit over the hub of the stub end.
